Parts, inspection and seller inquiries

When you send a request, we store the name, email address, optional phone number, vehicle or equipment information, condition, mileage or hours, asking price, part information, vehicle or equipment location, listing or photo album link, purchase timeframe, and message you provide. We use these details to handle and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Requests remain in the private owner inbox until ECP deletes them. Automatic deletion is not currently enabled. To ask us to delete your request, contact ECP through eBay and include your request reference.

The ECP landing page, inspection form and seller form do not load the third-party listing feed. That feed is limited to the Parts Store page.

Browsing and saved parts

Saved part titles and eBay links are stored in your browser. You can clear them using the storefront’s Privacy button. Unsent request drafts stay in the current page and are lost when you reload it. ECP does not add its own advertising pixels or analytics. The live listing feed is a third-party service described below.

Featured parts carousel

The featured carousel is served by ECP, including saved copies of listing photos. ECP’s server refreshes public listing details and photos from Auction Nudge and eBay. The carousel does not run third-party scripts or send visitor information to those providers to display its photos. Saved selections may remain visible during a feed outage. Check current availability and pricing on eBay before buying.

Live eBay listings and referral links

Auction Nudge supplies current public listings from ECP’s eBay store. Your browser contacts Auction Nudge and its asset service to load listings and item details, and eBay’s image service to load photos. Those providers receive normal web-request information, including your IP address and browser information. We set a no-referrer policy for this page and the feed.

Auction Nudge is an eBay Partner Network member and may receive a referral commission from eBay when a purchase follows a listing link. Its required advertising disclosure remains visible. This is a third-party feed, not a claim of tracking-free browsing. Read the provider’s disclosure.

The feed runs in an isolated browser frame without access to the website’s stored preferences, part-request form or owner inbox. It receives ECP’s public seller name and any search terms you use. It does not need ECP’s account password, seller authorization, or customer order records. Avoid putting personal information in a catalog search.

Backup catalog and previous integration

If the live feed cannot load, the website uses its saved Wix catalog for backup browsing. This copy is not live stock or pricing. Product photos may load from Wix or eBay, which receive normal image requests from your browser. LitCommerce previously received eBay order details to synchronize stock, including available buyer names, shipping details, purchased items and quantities. Those service records are separate from the website inbox. Changing this website does not automatically erase records held by Wix or LitCommerce or cancel either subscription.

Optional direct eBay connection

When ECP authorizes its seller account, this site reads active listing titles, prices, availability, photos, and listing details from eBay. The application does not edit listings or import buyers’ order records. Seller connection credentials are encrypted on the server and are restricted to the owner. Purchases, taxes, shipping choices, payments, returns, and order status are handled on eBay.

Service providers and external links

Website hosting and storage are provided through ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers. The hosting platform handles sign-in and may retain operational and security logs. eBay listing photos may load from eBay’s image service, which receives a normal image request from your browser. eBay and Facebook apply their own privacy practices when you follow their links.

Security and access

The site uses secure connections. The owner dashboard is restricted to the authorized ECP owner account. Short-lived hashed identifiers are used to limit form spam. Do not include payment card details, passwords, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a part request.
